How we repair your roof
- Free visit. We get up there, find what’s actually wrong and give you a fixed written price. No charge for the visit and no obligation.
- Cause first. A damp patch on the ceiling is rarely right under the problem. We trace it back so the repair fixes the leak, not just the symptom.
- The repair. Slipped or cracked tiles replaced, loose ridges re-bedded, and damaged sections opened up and put right when the problem goes deeper.
- Tidy up. Old tiles, mortar and rubbish cleared away when we finish.
- Photo report. Before-and-after photos of the work, so you can see what was done up there.

Small faults turn into big repairs
One slipped tile or a loose ridge lets water in a little at a time. Over a winter or two it soaks the timber underneath, and what would have been a quick fix becomes a much bigger job. If something on your roof doesn’t look right, it’s worth getting it looked at early.
Common questions
Can you find where my leak is coming from?
That’s the first thing we do on the visit. Water travels before it shows inside, so we check the tiles, ridges, flashing and valleys around the area and show you photos of what we find.
Repair or a new roof?
Most roofs we see need a repair, not a new roof. We’ll tell you honestly what yours needs, and if a repair will do the job, that’s what we’ll price.
What if you find more damage once you start?
We stop, take photos and show you before doing anything extra. Nothing gets added to the bill without you agreeing to it first.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily, as long as we can get to the roof safely. You’ll get the photo report either way.
Do you work in the rain?
No. Wet, icy or very windy days aren’t safe on a roof. If the weather turns, we move the job to the next suitable day and let you know.
